Driven by a 700 horsepower Maybach V-12 engine, it was armed with the highly effective, especially for the use of anti-tank, KwK 42 75 mm. High speed Thanks to the robust design that optimized protection, with the adoption of inclined front armor, mobility, speed and armament, the Panther can be considered one of the best tanks of the Second World War and was used on all major fronts from Italy, to France to the Eastern Front.
